The company currently has Tennessee retail branches in Murfreesboro, Shelbyville, Brentwood, Lebanon, West End (Downtown Nashville), and Atlanta, GA. Additionally FCM has an Affiliation with Ole South Builders, Headquartered in Murfreesboro, TN. The wholesale division and correspondent division has account executives throughout the Southeastern, US.

First Community Bank of Bedford County is the parent company of FCM, headquartered in Shelbyville, TN. FCM has over 150 employees.

FCM funds approximately $750 million per year in residential mortgage loan volume. FCM has been recognized as a service oriented model within the industry, while capturing the #1 market share in Tennessee for USDA/Rural development volume in 2010 and 2011. FCM has also been consistently recognized as being a top 3 lender in the Tennessee Housing Development Agency.
